May 2022 - KOKET’s savoir-faire is heading to Milan and is ready to command attention with a show-stopping fierce and audacious exhibit at the 2022 Salone del Mobile furniture fair from June 7-12.

Salone del Mobile is the most influential design show in the world, where designers come to see the latest and the greatest in design. The design industry is pulling towards a neutral pallet and smooth and relaxing lines reminiscent of the 1960s, however, in true
KOKET style, the brand is going to risk it all with an oriental boudoir-ish exhibit glorifying the power of a woman as a Goddess.

The essence of
KOKET has always been to empower women through design, content, experiences, and powerful collaborations. And they will be offering it all in Milan!

Two hundred cast brass hands on the brand’s infamous Goddess mirror will greet you as you step into an intoxicating aroma of oud and spices. The space will be lined with iconic chic black upholstery paired with enticing tiger print silks, tortoise wall covering, and exotic bird feathers.

KOKET is all about collaborations in 2022 so visitors to the brand’s stand in Milan will also find beautiful metal twisted into free-flowing organic shaped accessories by Maeve, along with a stunning black ceramic chandelier and Asian inspired porcelain figures by the prestigious house of Lladro.

KOKET’s ode to our Design Goddess is much more than a lyrical stanza to a mirror or Asian inspirations, it is a poetic exhibit glorifying the power of a woman through new design.

Novelties will include oversized ribbon-like metal sconces designed to serve as art and lighting. In a time where less is more in a space the brand looks to draw attention to the walls with these stunning fixtures. The emotional Neurotica and Neurotic fixtures, in suit with their name, wind about wildly like the anxious mind of a woman suspecting something is off kilter.

The brand will also showcase the fantastic new dining chair, Estelle, perfectly tailored and draped as a delicate Kimono would wrap a woman. And perfectly in tune with the current East meets West design trend.

A final novelty comes in the form of a console named Two-Faced. With its rippling to smooth form and dark to light gold degradé finish, Two-Faced reveals the insincerity of a two-faced woman.

In addition to these powerful new designs,
KOKET’s icons will make a strong comeback in new finishes and elements designed to intrigue the eye.
