Its usually a trend to stay firmly in the summer season, but inspiration from underwater is flowing through to autumn/winter this year.
This season the trend takes a darker turn with a focus more on weather-worn maritime. Colours focus on a palette of water filled aquas and turquoises complimented by sands and harsh whites.
The style moves away from the soft billowing fabrics of summer and now focuses on "rough luxe". Mix fisherman knits with hard wearing denim in deep hues of inky blue.
To lighten the brooding "lost at sea" mood we see flashes of bright reds and fun pinks thrown in. Bold necklaces and bold scarves are a great way to pull this into the look.
