Original vintage Japanese wooden crate that was salvaged from an old restaurant. These crates were used to store rice.

Authentic and sourced directly from Japan, this crate features handpainted Japanese text and has a wide range of uses today including storage on top of cupboards, armoires, under beds and on top of worktops, drawers, shelving or simply as trays. We have left the crates in their original found condition. They are well used showing a fair amount of distressing and wear - but to us, these imperfections only make them better!
