Leading large-scale wine storage specialist Spiral Cellars, which first launched in Australia in 2011, has now launched an exclusive distributor covering Western Australia and South Australia. Spiral Cellars’ expert product offering is now available to these two states through Surestruct, led by bespoke carpentry specialist Liam Callaway.
Liam has been producing exceptional furniture, flooring and joinery for many years and brings his keen eye for detail and precision craftsmanship to each of his Spiral Cellars projects. Liam was trained by the expert team in the UK to ensure Spiral Cellars’ high standards are upheld and that the client receives the highest quality finished product.
Since its initial launch in Victoria, Spiral Cellars has introduced other distributors in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory and has celebrated its first showcase cellar in Canberra. There are now more than 15 cellars in the ground in Australia and Spiral Cellars is constantly growing in popularity.
Product options include the Original Spiral Cellar with five depth options for up to 1,600 bottles and the White Spiral Cellar in smooth luminous white concrete, which incorporates larger bins in each of its depths to allow for up to 1,870 bottles.
Spiral Cellars has recently launched the Garden Cellar, a weatherproof option for those who would prefer to have their cellar dug into the ground outside their home. The Garden Cellar features a weatherproof trap door, and because it is still dug into the ground like all other cellar options, it ensures the ideal conditions for storing fine wine, with the added bonus of being able to store garden tools and equipment. With the popularity of outdoor entertaining, the Garden Cellar make perfect sense as part of the seating and dining area, adding an unusual feature and enabling easy access to the wine.
