At the end of the 19th century my grandfather was a farmer.
After falling from an oak tree in the fields where he worked, he had to interrupt this activity and return to his native Montepulciano.
Being very good at metalworking, he started working with copper.
He bought raw copper from a foundry in Gran Sasso and made beautiful vases.
And so me and my wife
Iolanda, inherited a long family tradition of working with this extraordinary material.

We make the copper pots with care, attention and blackberries are completely handmade, because they have special characteristics that cannot be reproduced industrially. Cooking is an art and cooking with copper pots is the best choice to obtain an excellent quality and to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of food.
But for this to be possible, copper cookware must be made from 100% pure copper foil and flame-tinned with 100% pure tin.
Our handcrafted cookware is manufactured with these two factors in mind.
We ship all over the world; we serve excellent restaurants and thousands of private individuals, trusting that the craftsmanship of our product and its excellent quality will not be lost.
