Here is the recipe for the Passion pêche mocktail
serves 2
50 ml peach juice
one fresh passion fruit
half a lime
Fever tree light passion fruit and lime tonic water or any tonic water
a dried apricot and slice of lime
Place 50 ml of peach juice (like Granini) in a shaker (or a smootie maker) with one passion fruit give it a good shake, then add 5 ice cubes and shake again.
strain into a little jug or cocktail glass and top with tonic water...it creates a lovely fizz at the top of the glass which makes it look festive.
Serve with a dried appricot and slice of lime on the rim of the glass. Serve in a beautiful glass- the glass is important- they don't always have to be reserved for cocktails.
