This new project plays on the creative and vibrant nature of the city as well as its modern redevelopment, hence every corner of the residence features character. Nestled by the river, a nod to Liverpool’s history, the penthouse showcases riverside luxury like no other with interiors commemorating diverging aesthetics, a neutral color scheme, and high-end designs throughout, not only from LUXXU but also other brands like Boca do Lobo, DelightFull, and PullCast. 

Making a Grand Entrance

The optimized open-plan space highlights a diversified style with influences from classical, modern, and contemporary genres. The artistic identity of this space speaks for itself through many designs recounting aesthetic and historical values. For instance, the entryway presents pieces like the Greek-inspired Pietra Nero console by Boca do Lobo or the Waterfall table lamp by LUXXU, a handmade fixture with crystal glass tubes and brass details. Moving to the bar, you can find the Algerone sideboard, the Needle table lamp, and the Halo mirror. The space, replete with metallic accents, conveys an upscale flair and showcases the boundless elegance of the Charla swivel bar chairs.

The living area displays LUXXU’s Charla and Thomson sofas, gracing the space with comfortable luxury and neutral glamour. Moreover, Boca do Lobo’s Navarra coffee table and Hera II round suspension offer a cutting-edge perspective. The premium Algerone rectangular dining table sets an imperial tone in the dining room, assisted by the meticulously designed Charla dining chairs. The ultra-modern kitchen evokes a golden era of aesthetics with the Charla swivel bar chairs and the Hera pendants, among other bespoke statements. 

Opulence Meets Comfort in a Bedroom Suite

The bedroom suite capitalizes on the hospitality feel with one-of-a-kind amenities. The Château bed equipped with a massive tufted headboard anchors the space, benefiting from the inclusion of the neutrally warm Charla nightstands, the geometric Empire II table lamp, and the timeless Charla ottoman. Furthermore, the wooden walls contain a lighted marble installation for extra drama and interest. 

Biophilic design and stone became a priority for the bathroom design. Pieces like the Sapphire mirror, the Symphony bathtub, and the vanity cabinet by Maison Valentina shine through, and LUXXU also incorporated its Waterfall wall lamps for an infusion of style. 

The suite still features a walk-in closet where LUXXU’s Waltz family plays a prominent role. The modular Waltz closet becomes a prime example of luxury with its advanced storage system and upholstered interior. Moreover, a bejeweled and bespoke version of the Waltz closet island enchants with its glimmering nature and cream hues. Other noteworthy complements include the gargantuan Athos mirror, the industrial Watlz valet stand, and Boca do Lobo’s innovative Supernova suspensions.

Come as a Guest, Stay for the Luxury

The guest bedroom carries a more natural concept through polished wood flooring and walls. It is appointed with the architecturally framed Château bed, the intrinsic Algerone side tables, and the glamorous Waterfall table lamp and pendants. On the other side, a bespoke version of the Algerone sideboard, the sleek Spear wall lamps, and the Noir stool presented in sage tones add contemporary elegance.

Introducing Casual Sophistication in a Teenager’s Bedroom

This bedroom plays on neutral mystique and casual sophistication. Elements like concrete walls, marble features, wood flooring, and metallic accents breathe personality into the area. LUXXU introduced custom-made models of the iconic Algerone nightstands for a sense of distinction. The lighting is by partner brand, DelightFull, discreetly introducing musicality to the room through icons such as the Ike pendant and the Miles table lamp. Lastly, the door is adorned with the Limb lever by PullCast. 

Deluxe Home Office

LUXXU boosts creativity through high-end design, marrying functionality and aesthetics. The Algerone desk becomes the connector in this statement, seamlessly blending technology with modern design. The Skyline suspension with a structural frame matches the bustling essence of Liverpool, and elements like the Ocadia armchairs level up on comfort. Behind the desk, one can find the Duorum door hardware by PullCast that evokes landscape beauty. On a last note, the Charla upholstery commands attention, and the Liberty Slim suspension adds complexity to the lounging area. 

A Luxury Atmosphere with Waterside Views

This space rejoices in serenity with the Galea armchairs and sofa. This pair allows for an improved lounging session due to its durable and comfy composition. The balcony also benefits from an al fresco dining scene where the Vertigo outdoor dining table and the Charla dining chairs strike elegance at every corner. The Nebo floor lamp sets the scene and matches the waterside views.
