Different customers need their boot room to deliver different things. So Richard recommends you think hard about what you want your space to achieve, before making any key decisions. How will you use it? Is storage the main priority? How can a boot room make pet owning easier on a daily basis?
“However big or small your boot room design – or whatever you plan to use it for – first and foremost, remember that this is a practical space – and the materials you choose for the flooring and walls must reflect this,” Richard observes. “Your flooring options have to be water-resistant, hard-wearing, easy to clean, and ideally anti-slip too.”
