The Women in Furniture Network (WIFN) is set to host an inspiring panel discussion at the Manchester Furniture Show on 7 July 2025 at the Manchester Central Convention Centre.
Bringing together some of the most respected voices in the furniture and interiors industries. Leading the conversation is Zoë Bonser, Portfolio Director at Clarion Events, who has spent over 20 years shaping some of the UK’s biggest retail trade shows, including the January Furniture Show, Manchester Furniture Show, Home & Gift, and Top Drawer. A passionate advocate for women in the industry, Zoë has been instrumental in launching WIFN, creating a platform that champions visibility, connection, and opportunity for women in the sector.

· Nic Furlong, Managing Director, Ashley Manor Upholstery & Alexander & James – With over 30 years in the industry, Nic brings a wealth of experience, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create stylish, high-quality furniture for high-street retailers.
· Jan Duckworth, Managing Director, Cox & Cox – With a career spanning retail, fashion, and interiors, Jan has a sharp eye for trends and a deep understanding of what makes customers connect with a brand. Since stepping into her role at Cox & Cox, she has focused on refining the customer experience, curating distinctive collections, and driving innovation to keep the brand at the forefront of the premium homeware market. Her leadership is helping shape a fresh, customer-first approach in the industry.
· Fara Butt, Director, Shire Beds & Chair of WY Manufacturing Advisory Board – Fara is a well-known leader in manufacturing and marketing, named Yorkshire Choice Business Woman of the Year. She brings valuable expertise in business strategy, education, and industry development.
