The pet retailer’s new range includes a £5.00 Rufus & Rosie seatbelt restraint which acts as a safe and affordable alternative to travel crates, which can be trickier to fit into an already jam-packed boot[1].
This £5 seatbelt could save UK holiday-makers and dog-owners from a £5,000 fine - and is particularly suited to smaller dog breeds such as cockapoos and cocker spaniels, which have surged in popularity in recent years.
Alongside its range of seatbelt and headrest restraints Jollyes’ travel ranges boasts a variety of travel pens and carriers alongside a space-efficient collapsible water bottle and paw washer to keep dogs safe, clean and hydrated - be it on the road, beach or campsite.
Jollyes chief operating officer Adam Dury said: “As the pet people, everyone at Jollyes is passionate about ensuring all dog owners have the knowledge and equipment they need to keep their passenger pooches safe on the road.
“Over a quarter of dog owners are not properly restraining their dogs while driving.
“That’s why we want to do our bit to keep the UK’s roads and dogs safe this summer by providing shoppers with the know-how they need to keep themselves and their pets safe on staycation – without breaking the bank.”
