Home & Gift Buyers’ Festival Welcomes a Wave of New Brands

In the face of economic headwinds and evolving consumer demands, the UK retail industry continues to stand strong - and nowhere is this more evident than at the 2025 edition of the Home & Gift Buyers’ Festival. Taking place from 20–23 July in Harrogate; this beloved summer sourcing event is proud to welcome a host of exciting new brands during their 65th edition, with more than 150 making their show debut.  

With over 30% of exhibitors being brand new to the show, Home & Gift 2025 is a living, breathing testament to the strength of the retail sector, and Harrogate is set to sparkle with thousands of fresh launches and innovative products for shopkeepers looking to source their next best-seller.

New-to-show exhibitors include Rosie Made A Thing, known for their humorous greeting cards; Donna May London with their award-winning beauty, lifestyle and travel accessories; and Vietcraft, who are showcasing intricate handmade crafts from design-led producers. Joining them are hundreds more, including the likes of Barner, Dutch Imports, Cereria Molla 1899, Ameico, Aquarelle Home, and Goupo Erik - each bringing a unique flair to this year’s show floor.

According to recent figures, UK retail sales are showing encouraging signs of tenacity, with a 3.7% increase in sales volumes reported for Q1 2025 (source: ONS). Footfall at UK shopping destinations also rose by 4.5% in the first quarter (source: Springboard), while online retail sales climbed by 5.2%—showing the sector’s continued adaptability to evolving consumer behaviour.
