Designed by Egyptian architect Hisham Ghorab of Style Design Architects, Khufu is an example of how modern architecture can blend harmoniously with its surroundings.

For the surfaces covering the vertical elements of the interior rooms, Listone Giordano's Fabrique by renowned designer Marc Sadler was chosen, which enriches the spaces with the natural elegance of wood. This material, with its warm tones and refined texture, creates a fascinating contrast with the sandstone used for the main structure. Wood, a symbol of cosiness and tradition, becomes a fundamental element of the furniture, helping to balance the robustness of the other materials with a sense of intimacy and harmony.

Marc Sadler signs the Fabrique Natural Genius collection for Listone Giordano, in which innovative surface treatments, both in terms of colour and cross-brushing technique, give the material a new personality. Fabrique is a dynamic collection, born from in-depth research of the material, itself an inspiration for a new interpretation of wooden surfaces. A product that is also a tribute to Listone Giordano's technological heart: the multilayer Listone Giordano® system patented in 1984.

With Fabrique, high-performance plywood made of precious birch fibre takes on a new connotation and becomes an exposed layer, transforming the cladding into a true, seamless wooden fabric. The soul and essence of the material thus emerge on the surface, giving it a completely new and surprising personality, capable of lending dynamism, character and uniqueness to any space. Like all Natural Genius collections by Listone Giordano, Fabrique redefines the classic aesthetic canons of parquet, consecrating it, once again, to the world of contemporary design.
