 A bold tableware collaboration that

celebrates the art of brunch

Breakfast just got fashionable as British lifestyle brand Oliver Bonas collaborates with cult fashion label Shrimps to launch a limited-edition 21-piece tableware collection designed to celebrate the art of brunch. Launching nationwide on Tuesday 9th September 2025, the collaboration brings Shrimps’ signature charm, illustrative playfulness and texture-led aesthetic to ceramics and homeware, offering a bold, fashion-first perspective on modern dining.


Rooted in childhood nostalgia, the concept was inspired by Shrimps’ founder and designer Hannah Weiland’s treasured memories of Sunday morning bagel breakfasts with her family. The result is a collection that captures a sense of warmth, ritual, and togetherness, with pieces designed to be as expressive as they are functional.


Central to the range is a distinctive lion character named Lenny, illustrated by Weiland herself and symbolising strength and the union of two creative forces. Lenny features throughout in both sculptural accents and subtle motifs, anchoring the visual identity with personality and narrative depth.

‘The creative vision was to honour the everyday ritual of brunch - those calm, considered moments around the table,’ says Hannah Weiland, Founder and Creative Director of Shrimps. ‘I wanted a symbol that felt meaningful to both brands, and the lion stood out for its strength and warmth. A key part of the concept was reimagining texture, taking Shrimps’ soft, tactile knitwear and translating it into ceramic form. It’s been exciting to see something so integral to our fashion identity come to life in a completely new medium.’


The unique and characterful tableware includes intricately designed ceramic mugs, jugs, plates, glassware and textiles, and features standout sculptural pieces such as the ‘Lenny’ butter dish and delicately twisted candlesticks. Lively pops of coral pink, acid yellow, marmalade orange and warm terracotta punctuate a soft, neutral backdrop that showcases vintage-inspired silhouettes and subtle motifs, all unified by Lenny’s hand-drawn presence.
