Alternatively, for something less one-dimensional, Juliettes suggests you allow your Wednesday-inspired interiors to be influenced by her roommate, Enid, and weave through a little colour, like hauntingly rich reds, mystical purples and deep burgundy 

“To ensure your interiors look grand, without becoming theatrical, choose luxury materials and fabrics, like velvet and leather", recommends Juliette.

Mysteriously Moody Lighting 

Nothing says gothic grandeur like an imposing chandelier, according to Juliettes Interiors.

The brand advocates for a candelabra style design in smoked glass to allude to magic and mystery. 

“Alternatively, to keep things feeling modern, swap candle flame for lampshades," says Juliette."If you want something enchanting, choose a chandelier dripping with decorative elements, like crystals."

Whilst darkness is a key component of a Wednesday-inspired interior, it’s not practical for most. Juliettes suggest layering lighting with table and standing lamps, which also allows clients to inject personality through unique designs and styles.

Gothic Finishing Touches
