This September marks what would have been Founder, Laura Ashley’s 100th Birthday. In honour of this milestone the team behind Laura Ashley has launched a yearlong celebration of print, pattern and design through its Laura Ashley: 100 Years of An Icon campaign.

In collaboration with up-and-coming designer, Anna Eynon the Laura Ashley team is delighted to introduce the AW25 Water’s Edge collection, a serene and painterly homage to the British wetlands. Following in Laura’s footpath of championing the next generation of homegrown talent, this collection was hand-painted by Eynon, a Swansea College of Art graduate whose creative vision earned her the Laura Ashley Lifestyle Award, at New Designers 2024. The beautifully considered capsule collection, which includes a statement mural and a complementary wallpaper, is thoughtfully designed to bring the tranquillity of nature into the home.

Inspired by the delicate beauty of dragonflies, kingfishers and reed-fringed landscapes, Water’s Edge captures the wonders of wetland life through intricately hand-painted illustrations. At the heart of the collection is Llanelli, a rich and immersive mural that brings the story of the wetlands to life. Evocative and expressive, it combines softly layered textures and meticulously painted wildlife to create a sense of natural drama. Perfect for feature walls, it invites the outdoors in and encourages a moment of stillness within any interior setting. With every look, your eyes are drawn to the delicate depth and detail that Anna has captured with every brushstroke.
