1.    Reduce overheating and your sleep will be transformed. The most common reason for disturbed sleep is fluctuations in body temperature. A mattress made entirely from natural materials like wool will regulate your body heat; it is nature’s air conditioning, warming and cooling as your body temperature requires.  

2.    Be a ‘foamaphobe’: We are passionately against the use of memory foams; not only are these materials a sure way to overheat in bed but they are completely un-recyclable and sit in landfill. 

3.    Size matters:  Buy the biggest mattress the room can accommodate and you can comfortably afford. More surface area and space to stretch will lead to better sleep.
