Pattern has re-entered the home in a more nuanced way, supported by deeper colour and a renewed appreciation for craft references drawn from global design history. Rather than stark contrast or overt statement, the focus has shifted towards surfaces that bring warmth, rhythm and a sense of continuity to everyday spaces.

Indirah is Ca’ Pietra’s latest porcelain tile collection, developed with this approach in mind. With a clear nod to traditional Indian design, the collection explores the relationship between geometry and floral form, bringing together structured pattern with softer, decorative detailing. The result is a surface that feels expressive without being overpowering, allowing pattern to enrich a space rather than dominate it. Indirah has been designed to offer flexibility in how pattern is used within the home. It can be laid across larger areas to create an immersive, decorative backdrop, or introduced more selectively to define zones and add visual interest.

Colour is central to the character of Indirah. The palette leans into warmer, autumnal tones that sit comfortably alongside natural materials such as timber, stone and plaster, creating interiors that feel grounded and cohesive. These shades introduce depth and softness, making the collection well suited to rooms where atmosphere matters as much as practicality, from kitchens and bathrooms through to hallways and utility spaces.

The collection is introduced in a single, small square format - 20 × 20 cm. Within this size, Indirah is offered in a series of four distinct colourways: Azure, Cotto, Emerald and Mocha, each one defined by its own character yet unified through the design language of the collection
