Abode Living is an independent interiors store and online business based in Brighton, Sussex. It was started in 2004 by Lynda Everett and Phillipa Brereton. Abode has evolved over the years and has become known for its independent and unique style which is personally curated by Lynda and Phillipa with the aim to offer an interiors collection that spans various tastes and styles and that enables customers to add individuality and personality to their home.
The Abode Living collection is constantly updated with new items sourced primarily from the UK and Europe, the focus being on items rather than ranges which enables a product mix that spans some well known design houses as well as small artisan producers. The beautifully edited product range includes design led classics and individual pieces including glassware from Ferm Living and Kinta, soft furnishing from Libeco, Tissage de Luz, Ferm Living, and local makers, contemporary lighting including exclusive own made designs alongside, Broste, Ferm Living, and Blossholm, accessories and furnishings from House Doctor, Ferm Living, and Broste Copenhagen and tableware from Jars Ceramiste, Costa Nova and Maria Terracotta.
