Rose Earth is a warm, versatile shade that works beautifully on its own or perfectly paired with a palette of warm neutrals, soft sage and cooler tones.
Soft and understated, it mixes well with new colours like Kelp and Sue’s Jumper paint to cool down a space. Alternatively, it can be perfectly partnered with warm neutrals, or used on its own, to bring warmth to a room.
Inspired by natural mineral pigments traditionally sourced from clay deposits in Italy, Rose Earth reflects the timelessness of earthy colours for their depth, reliability and natural character in the paint and textiles industry. A shade rooted in heritage, thoughtfully reimagined for today’s homes and tapping into current trends, the studio expects to see this colour make an impact in 2027 and beyond.
Graham & Brown Mural of the Year 2027: Red Rose County
Inspired by the rolling Lancashire landscape, this hand-painted mural captures the region’s panoramic scenery through bold blocks of colour and expressive brushstrokes. The design depicts a stylised version of iconic local landmarks, Rivington Pike and Jubilee Tower, through the eyes of local in-house designer Victoria Davison.
Influenced by traditional scenic wallpapers, the mural places craftsmanship at its heart, with visible texture adding depth and bringing this bucolic design to life. The result is a contemporary interpretation of Lancashire’s natural beauty that celebrates both place and artistry.
All Graham & Brown murals are digitally printed with sustainability in mind and created bespoke to suit the unique dimensions of your space.
Iona Graham, Brand & Marketing Controller, adds:
“It is always a highlight for us to reveal our Design, Colour and Mural of the Year, but as we celebrate our 80th anniversary, this year's announcement feels even more special. It's a proud milestone for the business and one that I believe my great-grandfather would have been incredibly proud to see. Together, these designs tell our story of craft, colour and heritage, each in their own unique ways.
A devotion to craftsmanship is one of our key values, and we are proud of the creative legacy we have built here at Graham & Brown. Each piece has been thoughtfully reimagined by our design studio for contemporary interiors, with beautiful designs and perfectly paired colours that people will love and feel proud to have in their homes. We look forward to seeing how our community styles these products in their homes.”
