XV Stripes launch new tableware collection

Coastal-inspired interiors brand XV Stripes has launched a selection of tableware encapsulating the spirit of the sea.


XV Stripes’ Cowes placemat and coaster sets are the latest addition to the Isle of Wight-based retailer’s interiors offering.


Boasting hand-drawn artwork which captures the beauty of sailing, the coasters and placemats will bring a touch of Cowes to even the most inland of homes, but they serve a very practical purpose too – withstanding temperatures of up to 145 degrees.


Izzey Hung, Founder of XV Stripes, said: “With our crisp white and dazzling blue colour scheme, as well as the stunning hand-drawn illustrations, the Cowes placemats and coasters convey the beauty and tranquillity of sailing.


“And while sailors everywhere would no doubt wish they could spend more time at sea, for those who can’t, this tableware will inject a little of that spirit into everyday life.”


The coasters are available as a set of four for £12, while the placemats are £26 for a set of four. Both can be bought together for £38.
