French Bedroom is proud to unveil their new Gustavian White Collection! 

British female-founded furniture brand, French Bedroom, launches the new Gustavian White Collection, a serene, contemporary reimagining of its original 2006 Provencal designs, released in celebration of the brand’s 20th anniversary.

Consisting of seven timeless designs crafted from solid birch wood, this collection is a departure from the ash wood used in its best-selling Gustavian Dark and Gustavian Light collections and has been reinterpreted through a softer, more romantic lens. Crafted from solid birch wood, which has been chosen both for its beauty and sustainability, the collection’s matte-painted finish allows the natural grain and intricate carvings to subtly shine through.

Created to celebrate two decades of design and inspired by the success of the existing Gustavian collections and customer requests, Gustavian White Collection blends classic French shapes with a softer, more romantic palette that echoes the graceful curves of the original Provencal designs while evolving them with modern refinement. The furniture pairs beautifully with traditional toiles and gentle blues, a staple of French Bedroom’s bedding offering.

The Gustavian White Collection pairs perfectly with French Bedroom’s newest bed design, Le Perlage, a velvet embroidered bed, which comes with a matching ottoman. Aptly named after the stream of bubbles that form a string of pearls when pouring champagne, the headboard and footstool are trimmed with intricate, cloud-like embroidered detailing, paired with a pale oatmeal velvet that softens the entire bed frame. The gentle curvature of the bed's luxuriously deep headboard and footboard create a silhouette that is both elegant and inviting. Nestled between the embroidered trim and the sumptuous velvet is a piped beading in a textured wide-weave ivory cotton.
