Beacon Trade reinforces commitment to supporting Australian tradies, giving them time back where it counts

Beacon Lighting has today launched new brand creative for Beacon Trade, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to supporting Australian tradies by making their working day simpler, smoother and more rewarding.

Built around the promise of being a partner on the job, the new Beacon Trade creative recognises the reality of trade work - long days, tight schedules and the constant juggle between getting jobs done and life outside of work. The campaign highlights how Beacon Trade works behind the scenes to give tradies time back where it counts – time for family, time for leisure, time for mates.

For decades, Beacon Lighting has worked alongside the trade industry, supplying lighting, fans and electrical solutions to projects across Australia. Beacon Trade builds on this legacy as a trade-first program designed to reduce friction, save time, and support tradies at every stage of a job.

The commitment is simple: make everyday work easier. From consistent trade pricing, Beacon Cash rebates, and client referral discounts to warranty handling, free delivery, early oprning hours,  free lighting and electrical plans, and in-store trade support, Beacon Trade is designed to take tasks off tradies’ plates, so they can stay focused on the work that pays.

While the creative marks a new chapter for the brand, Beacon Trade itself is far from new. Beacon has been supporting the trade industry since it first opened its doors in 1967. And in 2005, launched a trade-focused loyalty program building trusted relationships with electricians, builders and designers across Australia through consistent value, reliable service and deep product expertise.

Glen Robinson, CEO of Beacon Lighting Group, said the refreshed creative reflects what Beacon Trade has always stood for.

“At its core, Beacon Trade is about respect for the job,” Robinson said. “We know time is a tradie’s most valuable asset. If we can give some of that back by simplifying pricing, handling warranties, or helping with planning then we’re doing our job right.”

The new Beacon Trade brand creative will roll out across digital, in-store and trade channels nationally.
