Cleo Pétra to join Desenio’s artist’s collective

Cleo Pétra @cleokinnaman is a Swedish artist based in Los Angeles, USA, where she works and lives in a creative loft/studio space. An experienced tattoo artist, she now also paints bold, expressive female forms. Desenio is thrilled to have Cleo’s art included in a new collection: Everything is Art.

Intriguing, emotional and expressive

Cleo’s beautiful art is inspired by the female form, spirituality and storytelling. She says: “I’m not sure what happens to my spirit when I paint but all I know is when I’m finished, I can see the vision and feel what it is.” 

Cleo is launching ten new art pieces for Desenio customers, available as posters or high-quality canvases. They are very unique: intriguing, emotional and expressive portraits of women. Each piece is named after a goddess with their own characteristics. 

Desenio’s team met Cleo at an event in Los Angeles, which is how the partnership came to be. Cleo says: “I am inspired by the women behind the Everything is Art, who each have a strong vision. Art is still seen as something that not everyone can do, have or afford, which isn’t true.”

Grand exhibition in Stockholm and Los Angeles 

Everything is Art goes live online at Desenio.com on Friday 8 May 2026 and an event will be held in Stockholm in early May. The exhibition will tour to Cologne, London and Los Angeles. Cleo will attend the events in Stockholm and Los Angeles, where she has her amazing studio.
