Independent Scottish eyewear brand IOLLA has announced it will open its first permanent showroom in Aberdeen this autumn, bringing its signature £85 all-inclusive prescription glasses to 1-5 George Street.


The opening marks IOLLA's eighth showroom across the UK and its first in the North East, expanding the Glasgow-founded brand's retail footprint following continued growth across Scotland and England.


Known for its transparent pricing model, IOLLA offers quality glasses with prescription lenses and lens thinning included for one fixed price of £85, removing the complicated pricing structures often associated with buying glasses.


The decision to open in Aberdeen follows strong demand from customers across the region and reflects the brand's ambition to establish a permanent presence in one of Scotland's largest cities.

Located at 1- 5 George Street, the new showroom will stock a range of IOLLA’s prescription glasses and sunglasses; the space has been designed to reflect IOLLA's distinctive showroom experience, combining considered interiors with a relaxed, welcoming environment where customers can browse frames without pressure.


IOLLA Aberdeen is set to open in August 2026.
