The retailer – which specialises in beautiful porcelain and ceramic tiles – believe homeowners are going to be taking a more curated view when it comes to designing their living spaces, prioritising homewares with a purpose as well as aesthetic appeal.
Abbas Youssefi, Director of Porcelain Superstore, said: “Minimalism was a huge trend 20 years ago. But as more people started welcoming the world into their homes via social media, it brought with it a maximalist shift in an attempt to wow.

New collection combines practicality of a tile with style of wood panelling
Wood panelling is a fantastic way of adding depth and interest to interior spaces.
But if you’re wary of using wood in one of the most humid rooms in the home, Porcelain Superstore has the perfect solution.
The independent tile retailer has launched a new tile for those who want the look and feel of panelling, with none of the hassle.
The Cavendish White Panel Tile is a ceramic tile that measures a whopping 16cm x 90cm. With embossed edges and a sleek finish, it adds understated elegance wherever it is used.
Abbas Youssefi, Director of Porcelain Superstore, said: “These tiles are game changers. They channel the elegance of grand wood panelling but are easy to install and can be used in any room in the house.”
