The headboard: The Dartmouth headboard is handmade in Devon from only the finest natural and organic materials. Its classic shape is padded with organic coir and generous helpings of our locally sourced organic wool, which we buy direct from the farm gates of Soil Association certified farmers just a few miles from our workshop.
The base: Within the Dartmouth base your mattress sits comfortably low to the ground, supported by sprung beech slats for added comfort, and hugged by a sturdy timber base, all hand made to order in our Devon workshop. Handily - for the purposes of access - the frame comes apart into 4 pieces for ease of delivery through narrower spaces.
