This open-plan in frame painted Shaker kitchen was designed and made by Higham Furniture, in collaboration with interior designer Tracy Cole at Hello Flora. Part of a family home in Tunbridge Wells, it features Framed Shaker 80mm rails & stiles. Lacquered oak veneer ply carcasses with maple doors and tulipwood frames are painted in Farrow & Ball Preference Red 297. Carlton and Gaumont cabinet knobs and handles in a satin antique satin lacquered finish are by Armac Martin.
For instant impact and an eye-catching finish, the clients chose Calacatta Viola honed 20mm marble with a demi-bullnose edge for the worktops, island and splashbacks. Bar stools are by Loop & Twist. Pendant lights by Hastshilp.
