Peter Bowen has been making ceramics and creating artworks for more than 35 years and established Peter Bowen Art as a brand to sell his ceramics and art. He now specialises in creating handmade mantel clocks and tableware from earthenware clay which he fires in an electric kiln in his studio in rural Somerset.
His unique style of art and ceramics have earned him an international reputation with customers in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Scotland, Ireland and England. Ceramics and Art have always played an important part in his artistic development and he continues to explore new creative opportunities.
Developing unique glazes is what makes his work stand out from other ceramic producers. He has created a range of interesting glaze colours which are quite remarkable.
