Welcome to the Snug sofa Press Office
Welcome to the Snug sofa Press Office
As the UK’s first sofa-in-a-box company, Snug is proud to have created somewhat of a sofa revolution. Within just one year, the sofa in a box concept has become an official furniture industry category, after competitors also entered the market in 2020, at which point Snug had already grown a community of thousands of customers.
Unlike traditional flat pack and home assembly furniture, Snug’s products are made to last, with comfort and ‘Snugness’ being central to the brand's ethos. Snug sofas have been specifically designed to arrive deconstructed in a box, to get into the toughest of spaces.
This means everyone everywhere can say goodbye to waiting weeks for a sofa only to find that it doesn’t fit up the stairs or through the door. The brand’s clever and unique design means that you just take the pieces out of the box, twist the legs on, pop on the arms and slide in the back. Customers can also mix and match their sofas according to their own taste by choosing from either tapered retro wood or modern metal legs.
All Snug products are upholstered with big plump cushions and deep seats with either curved or wide arms depending on the collection - choose from The Rebel, The Big Chill or the New Cloud Sundae Collection - ideal for retiring to for a cup of tea or three.
Created with ‘Generation Rent’ in mind, should customers find they have to move house, their Snug sofa can be easily deconstructed and popped into the back of an Uber XL, making taking your sofa with you, wherever you live, as simple and seamless as possible. The brand is an online retailer, however for those who do wish to try before they buy, the collection can also be viewed in a selection of showrooms located within sister brand Bridgman’s showrooms in Enfield, Old Amersham, Walton-on-Thames, Wilmslow and Winchester.
