In this style, you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows and twists, along with machine marks in keeping with the rustic style. We choose to work with wax as it enhances the look of the grains and features in the wood, bringing it to life. The choice of colours are: Walnut Teak Smoke Pine Medium Oak When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. Care & Clean Daily care of your Funky Chunky Furniture piece is really simple. Watch our 30second video to find out more. Your furniture will come with felt protectors, please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place. As this is a natural wood product with a wax finish any applied force, and friction, can cause the wax to transfer onto surfaces. If wax transfer does occur we may be able to recommend products to help remove or reduce the appearance of the transfer. Delivery & Returns Turnaround & Delivery As these solid wood bedside tables are handmade and made-to-order we do require some time for manufacturing. Please note that our current lead times are 6-8 weeks. It is important to open your delivery as soon as it is received so that this can be checked over, and so that the wood can breathe.
