This bespoke Shaker kitchen with baker’s table island was designed, made and installed by Higham Furniture. It features tall and undercounter cabinetry with quadrant beading and is painted in Three Farm Green by Little Greene. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry has top boxes accessed by an oak library ladder, while glazed doors to storage cupboards are on either side of central Narnia doors to a walk-in pantry. The countertops, splashbacks and open shelving are all 30mm thick Misty Carrara Satinato quartz, also used for the baker’s table island worktop. The oak cabinetry for the island features 45cm glazed haberdashery drawers. Appliances include a Bora vented induction hob, a bank of Neff ovens and integrated cooling by Liebherr. The ribbed double bowl sink is by Shaws and the tap is by Quooker. Handles are by Armac Martin. Lighting is by Pooky and Naken (client’s own).
