When users have a long press on the rotary knob, the heating system switches to frost-protection mode. To set the comfort temperature, rotating the control unit is sufficient. Furthermore, two thermostats have a temperature drop detection and turn down the heating if, for example, a window is opened. The FTR 231 model has an external temperature measurement that registers the temperature combined with electrical underfloor heating, and an Eco mode (night setback).
