English Garden Delft is a hand painted Delft tile collection celebrating Marlborough Tiles’ 90th anniversary. Inspired by the English countryside, the collection captures the quiet beauty of gardens with each design carefully chosen by our team to reflect life and work in Wiltshire. Every tile is painted in classic Delft blue shades by our in-house artists, whose precise brushwork brings timeless charm to each design.

Inspired by leisurely garden parties with friends and family, this three-tier afternoon tea cake stand tile depicts an elegant stand waiting to be piled high with treats.

Hand painted to order in our Marlborough workshop, this ceramic wall tile measures 13x13cm and features a crackle glaze finish and gently undulating surface.

Signed by the artist and bearing a hand painted MT mark, it is finished with a traditional Delft corner design from our 70-year-old archive.

A special corner motif from our mid-20th century archive connects Marlborough’s rich heritage with contemporary interiors. Versatile and elegant, these tiles can be used as subtle accents or repeated to create bold patterns. Rooted in tradition yet designed for modern living, the collection celebrates both the landscapes that inspire us and the people behind Marlborough Tiles.
