Every tile is a one-off: fossils appear in varying degrees from piece to piece, delicate veining drifts across many stones, and subtle shifts in colour and finish give the surface a living, characterful quality. The 20 x 40cm rectangle is endlessly adaptable — lay it brick-bond, stack-bond or herringbone across walls and floors. As a porous natural stone it must be sealed; once protected, its neutral tones bring timeless warmth to interiors, wet rooms and sheltered outdoor spaces. Seal with a quality impregnating stone sealer before grouting and again after laying, and reseal periodically to guard against staining. Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a flexible white or natural stone adhesive and a soft, tonal grout. Avoid acidic or strongly cementitious grouts, which can mark limestone.
