To avoid this, clean with clean water and a soft cloth, then wipe dry. Recommended for dry areas only and not near any sinks or in showers. Artworks tiles and mouldings may craze and no guarantee can be given against this happening. Crazed/crackle tiles must be sealed before fixing, then after grouting. Crazed/crackle will continue over time and as it occurs they should be sealed.
