We’re two brothers, obsessed with the art of making perfect Neapolitan pizza. It’s a simple dish - flour, water, yeast, salt - but the details make all the difference.
At first, we were just home cooks, baking pizzas on a stone in the oven, clueless about hydration levels or the right flour. Then the pizza bug hit hard. We got the gear - Ooni, Gozney - and joined a thriving community of pizza fanatics. Mastering dough became an obsession.
But there was one problem: proofing trays.
Every time, our perfectly round dough balls would proof into one sticky, tangled mess. Separating them ruined their shape. We tried every container imaginable - none worked. They broke, they weren’t eco-friendly, and they were just... wrong.
After countless failed solutions (and Google searches for "dough proofing container", "dough ball tray", "dough ball solutions), we decided to fix it ourselves.
And that’s how Babadoh was born. We created a simple, smart, game-changing way to proof dough - so your pizza turns out as perfect as it should be.
