In the heart of Florida, a great duplex villa with sea view is born, based on a unique variety of styles such as modern and neo classic, but also contemporary modern, with a slight touch of art déco. Filled with warm and vibrant colours, this is a mega project, designed by the ukrainian studio Architecture I See You, for Caffe Latte and Covet House.
The club area is perhaps the most dynamic space in the house, thanks to its ability to take on several functions in one. As excellent well-being complements, there is Essex Armchair, from Brabbu, and Philip Side Table, by Essential Home, but also an art déco inspiration, manifested by Inkage Rug, from Rug'Society.
