DeepL TranslatePersie Gin is hand-crafted in a small, family-owned stables-turned-distillery at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire. Our award-winning gins are distilled in small batches, then bottled and labelled on site.
There are six expressions. The distillery originals range is like a 3-course meal in gin, with a starter, main course and pudding of Zesty Citrus, Herby, and Sweet & Nutty expressions. As a dog-friendly distillery we also produce a range of charity gins for PADS dog rescue, where Labrador Gin, Spaniel Gin and Dachshund Gin Liqueur reflect the different breeds!

Persie Zesty Citrus Gin
An explosion of limes and blood oranges with piny notes on the nose. On the palate there is a sharp citrus cut-through with a long, zingy finish.
Key botanicals are juniper, orange zest and lime zest.
Serve with full-fat tonic or rose lemonade and garnish with a little torn mint. Or a Hugo is perfect: just add Prosecco and a splash of elderflower cordial.
