Following the success of the Audo Copenhagen (formerly Menu) Wine Breather Carafe Audo have now introduced this fabulous de-luxe version.

Designed by Norm Architects in co-operation with wine specialist Peter Orsig the deluxe model has a larger surface inside and consequently the decanting is more effective. A strong visual effect is also created as the wine runs down the inside of the carafe.

As with the original Menu Wine Breather all you have to do is put the mouth of the decanter over the uncorked bottle of wine and turn the bottle upside down. The wine flows through the breather located in the neck of the decanter and is aerated as it travels. The process takes about 3 minutes and introduces ten times more oxygen into the wine.

The wine can then be served either from the stylish decanter or passed back into the bottle.
