Can you tell us a bit about you and your role. Which services do you use on Press Loft?

I am head of brand development which includes PR. We primarily use the image library but also look at reports on our top and bottom downloads – we use these to make sure our photography includes imagery that’s appealing to the press.

How is Press Loft helping you in your role & also Talking Tables ?

Press Loft is really valuable to us. This is especially so because we have limited resources: we don’t have a PR agency for example. It’s such a great and easy resource for press and I’m sure we receive a lot more coverage than we would from simply sending out mailers etc. Being able to see who has downloaded and how many downloads also provides us with a useful measure for reporting as we don’t use a cuttings agency.

Who would you recommend Press Loft for?

Press Loft would work for most brands in our sector, big and small, with agencies or without. But it is especially useful for brands with a small team. While it’s important to use it correctly; load the styles of products and images that press are interested in and tag them properly, this doesn’t take a lot of tie.
