Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a flexible adhesive suited to large-format porcelain, back-buttering for a solid bed beneath the full length of each plank. Allow a 3mm grout joint and choose a pale tonal grout – on a light floor a dark joint will read as a grid rather than as timber. Cleaning: No sealing required. Sweep or vacuum, then mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid the waxes, oils and polishes made for real wood, which leave a film on a matt porcelain surface and can yellow a pale tone.
