Use a flexible cement-based adhesive rated for large-format natural stone and a grout matched to the grey. Layout: Set out from the centre of the room so the framed panels are symmetrical about the door and the main sightline, and dry-lay four tiles together before fixing to check the borders line through. Level the substrate first — at 61cm any dip becomes lippage, and a step across a framed edge is far more obvious than across a plain one. Back-butter every tile, use levelling clips, and keep the joint consistent so the frames stay square. Cleaning: Warm water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner only.
